I bought this system 12 months ago; it has worked great ever since. The water tastes fantastic; everyone who comes to our place can taste the difference. Replacing the water filters was easy, too. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quality RO with Alkaline water; I brought a tester kit and tested the pH of the water. It is a great-tasting water filter. This system is compact compared to our previous Reverse Osmosis. The Alkaline Filter is great, too, making the water taste great and not flat. Initially, the water tasted slightly salty, but I was told this was normal. It has to do with all the minerals being put back in the water, which was very high initially with the new alkaline filter. I need to flush water out before drinking for about the first week. It subsided over about a week, and the water tastes excellent now. All our family and friends love it too.
